كشفت الدكتورة أولغا ديكير، خبيرة التغذية الروسية، خمسة أنواع من المكسرات الأكثر فائدة للجسم، وتنصح بإضافتها إلى النظام الغذائي.

وتشير الخبيرة، أولا وقبل كل شيء يجب تناول اللوز، لأنه يحتوي على نسبة عالية من مجموعة فيتامين B و فيتامين E، بالإضافة إلى الكالسيوم والفوسفور والمغنيسيوم والمنغنيز.

وتقول، “يحتوي الفستق أيضا على مضادات الأكسدة، التي تمنع تطور السرطان والأمراض المزمنة. وتلعب مادتي الليوتين والزياكسانثين دورًا خاصًا في تحسين حدة البصر”.

وتشير الخبيرة، إلى أن الجوز يحتوي على أعلى نسبة من أحماض أوميغا -3 الدهنية. وتقول، :يستخدم الجوز منذ القدم في العلاج والوقاية من تصلب الشرايين وأمراض السرطان.

وأما الكاجو، فيفيد في تخفيض مستوى ضغط الدم، لأنه قبل كل شيء يحتوي على فيتامينات B و K و E بالإضافة إلى الفوسفور والحديد والمغنيسيوم والمنغنيز والسيلينيوم والزنك

ولا يقل جوز البقان فائدة، خاصة لمن يعاني من أمراض القلب ومرض السكري بنوعيه الأول والثاني. لأن البقان غني بالعناصر المعدنية والفيتامينات المختلفة ، وخاصة فيتامينات A و B و E والكالسيوم والفوسفور والمغنيسيوم والبوتاسيوم والزنك. وينصح باستخدامه في الحميات الغذائية المضادة للكوليسترول.
